Please complete this online form to capture the information from your Meeting-in-a-Box discussion.
These discussion questions were crafted from topics that were raised during the Research Team meetings for each one of the plan’s pillars. The input provided will be collected by personnel supporting the We Will Chicago teams and then disseminated back to the teams during one of their regular meetings, with the goal of informing the policy recommendation.
This information is important to capture because it allows the We Will Chicago team to understand how residents have felt about the engagement being provided as part of this process and the people that are being reached through the current engagement channels. The information captured here will allow the team to course-correct as needed to ensure that the We Will process is as inclusive and meaningful as possible.

What is a Meeting-in-a-Box?
A Meeting-in-a-Box Toolkit is a public engagement tool designed for community groups, stakeholders and residents to come together and share their thoughts on a specific plan, project or initiative. It encourages group conversation, discussion and a deeper level of self-directed engagement. This toolkit is designed to provide input on the citywide plan and respond to the emerging ideas and recommendations from We Will Chicago’s Research Teams.
